What's your Plan B if you are shut out

We were waitlisted at Barnard, Bridges and Appletree last year for PS-3 and eventually got calls from them all. We made sure to include a "safety" - Reed last year - as our #6 choice. If nothing worked out we would have stayed with our daycare another year.
