Kim was a child star. Look at how many child stars grow up and are f'ed up. Especially if her family was living off of her money. She obviously has not dealt with some major issues and that is most likely why she drinks. She needs some serious help...and being on a reality show ain't gonna help her!

I am curious though...did the drinking come before or after the Mom passed away? Kyle seems to treat her as if she is incompetent...and if this is how she was always treated, no wonder she acts the way she does.

Or, google "big Kathy Richards ". There's some wacked out stories out there. Like how she wanted to teach her daughters about sex so she hired so young man to teach them all about in his van, parked in front of their house.

I don't think Kathy Hilton is embarrassed by them. I think she's just as messed up as they are.

It's not surprising in retrospect that Kim is an alcoholic although I didn't catch it. I just thought she was a sad, washed up child star. How many of those have made a successful transition into adulthood? It must have really been a horrific life for the girls with their mom pimping them out to satisfy her own ambitions. What did they have to fall back upon? They probably have very little to no education. I think Adrienne seems frightening normal for how much money she has. I was upset to see Lisa & Cedric had a falling out. I can't wait for the reunion show next week and hope they talk about it. Taylor is so clearly a quiet instigator and I honestly wish she would do something about those freaking lips. I can't look at her! Finally, I almost feel sorry for Camille. Kelsey is a total whack-job and they were probably well-suited for each other. I would have felt more sorry for her had she not told Andy Cohen all about Kelsey's strange sexual proclivities. It really angers me that people go public with things like this when they have young children.

Pure speculation here - Does Kyle live in the house they had growing up? Kim stated that Kyle forgets that it was her income that paid for everything when they were kids, including the house. It's clear that the resentment is that she was the main provider growing up, and now her sisters pretty much forget that.
