What to serve with beef stew

I like to serve it with antimatter. When mixed into the beef stew at the table by your guests, it will annihilate the stew and release delicious, nourishing gamma radiation -- and, bonus: the brilliant flash of deadly radiation also makes for great dinner entertainment!

You'll need about a billionth of a gram for 8 guests, which will run you about 300 million Swiss Francs, but I figure it's worth it. After all, I didn't slave away in BigLaw for 10 years to scrimp and save when it comes to throwing dinner parties.
