Atkins worked for me - 10 lbs in first two weeks and it kept going. Problem is, then you go on vacation, have a piece of bread, and 5 of them come back immediately. Atkins and SB really only work if you have the discipline to come back off of them SLOWLY or not at all. Good luck!

OP here again. I lost another pound!! I've been sticking to lean proteins and veggies and I took pps advice and have been eating 2 yogurts a day. The main thing is that I'm just trying not to cheat. And I'm staying away from too many carbs, but not doing a full carb elimination (I had half of an extra lean corned beef sandwich for lunch yesterday with the bread, but that's the most I've had in days).

I'm thinking that I'll stick with this if I continue to lose weight because I would think I have the least chance of gaining it back this way. But I may give the lemonade diet a try if I'm down to the wire.

Or I may just try the twinkie diet!

Balsalmic Vinegar has TONS of sugar. Start using lemon juice to cut the olive oil and you will lose weight.

1) You shouldn't care that much about what you look like
2) People aren't meant to "crash diet"
3) Women shouldn't be "supporting" each other to loose weight like this. It's a ridiculous form of internet bonding to share diet tips.

Many here seem to have lost perspective on what really makes a woman attractive, healthy, and happy. Y

BTW, immediate PP, unless you're actually drinking balsamic vinegar, replacing a few teaspoons of it with lemon juice is NOT going to make a difference.
