Yes I am. It is about our culture and a President that looks down on it. I guess he'd rather watch soccer or something else. Also it's just bad politics because things like this show how aloof you are.

Fuck MLB. The whole ownership are a bunch of right-wing douchewhistles, and the attendence is falling through the floor. Baseball sucks. Get over it. God, with the whining...

Sorry, PP 15:49 here. I should have made it clear: this is President Obama posting. Carry on, my fellow Americans.

When Peter Uberroth was Commissioner of Baseball, he once referred to the owner as "The 26 Idiots." Now, one of those idiots is also Baseball Commissioner. Bud Selig is an assphat.

Yes. He hates our freedom. Ignoring certain baseball teams is an excellent "strategery".

Ha ha, I love this reply

OP, why do you bother posting on here? Most of us are liberals. Do you really think we're going to give a shit about a baseball related phone call? You say the country is going down in flames..... and another example is this phone call? Really?

Cmon now, tell the truth - are you Glen Beck?

Obama can not even follow the basic script of what it means to be the President of the United States. Obama is really showing he is out of touch. Pretty much every President I can remember (Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Bush) would make the call, it would be broadcast and make the night special.

That's because with the previous administrations, the economy was not circling in the toilet. Dubya was busy allowing the economy to spin into the crevasse. This time around, there ARE more important items on his plate.

Lucky for him, he only had 3 months left after the stock markets roiled and the shit hit the fan. For the record, it was Dubya's administration that approved TARP.

i like it too, but that's not the point. Everyone knows his favorite sport is basketball. Good old American basketball. But that didn't fit the OP's thesis, which is that Obama is not a real American.

Why let the truth get in the way of a good tirade. I assume we will not see a post from OP retracting anything.

Maybe the reason Obama didn't call the Giants is because he's a Musilm.

Okay, so he called. But I bet he spent $200,000,000 on the phone call, right?

That's a snide allusion to the BS about the India trip's cost, in case anyone missed it. Since you are probably all at least as up on the news as I am, I apologize if the explanation seems patronizing.

He doesn't want to admit that his favorite sport is camel racing. You didn't know he was born a Saudi?

Well my point was that a real baseball fan would know that the prez doesn't call every year because a fan would remember.

This thread cannot die or fade away because it stillmakes me laugh. Also, PP, why would a fan remember, Prez. didn't call the fan.
OP another PP said the Prez. did call so are you going to apologize?
