Yes I am. It is about our culture and a President that looks down on it. I guess he'd rather watch soccer or something else. Also it's just bad politics because things like this show how aloof you are.

OP, I have heard that everyone needs to laugh ten times a day and your post has kept me laughing for 5 minutes. I think you are a 16-yr old.

OP: I came back and read the other posts and had another 5-minute bout of laughter. Keep it coming.

Bush didn't call the cardinals.

Maybe he called and the line was busy. This thread cannot fade away because it makes me laugh.

LMAO!!! Thank you, thank you! I needed a good laugh today! Yeah. I'm pretty sure he's got his feet propped up on his desk as we speak watching premier league reruns. Bwhahahahaha!!!

You people must not even watch the World Series. This isn't that unusual. Sad a bunch of people talking about how Obama doesn't understand baseball, and probably not a one of you has playedpast grade school or could explain the infield fly rule without looking it up.

First base open with at least one man on base and the batter hits a pop fly or something like that.

I like when they call.

Obama hates American culture. We all know that. Trying to change it is his number one priority.

So true. I have heard that if elected to a second term he will issue an Executive Order banning horses from running in the Triple Crown and only camels and/or dromedaries will then be allowed to run. Also, the NFL, as we know it, will no longer be American football but will have to be renamed Crunchball so the NFL will then be the NCL with ACC and NCC.

I knew the infield fly rule. Did not play much ball as a kid and paid no attention to the series this year. Always felt the calls to winning managers were a bit gimmicky.

Well my point was that a real baseball fan would know that the prez doesn't call every year because a fan would remember.

He will call and he will invite them to the White House. This guy needs some good feeling publicity, plus he loves he sound of his own voice and posing for pictures smiling as though "Obama's in charge and all's right with the world." OP, give him time, he will call.

Oh I see. I was sarcastic a few posts ago because I thought you were OP trying to hit everyone over the head again. OP is that poster who just loves to see if she can antagonize liberals. She must get bored a lot.

Yes, and she is probably a non-baseball fan who just chucked a fox news story back over the wall without asking her husband if it was even true.

Yes. He hates our freedom. Ignoring certain baseball teams is an excellent "strategery".
