People call it “heavy apps” these days, Grandma. |
Same. Better to have more food thab not enough. Platter of fruit would be welcome after spicy food. |
| Where are you ordering from? Sounds delicious! |
Meatballs go with Greek. Add some olives to a fresh vegetable plate. With the chicken and rice, this should be enough for those who don't like Greek dishes. |
It’s just that the protein options are combined with other ingredients. Like kibbeh has wheat in it, which I don’t eat. The cheese is in dough. The only salad is tabbouleh which again has wheat you can’t remove. The babaganoush I would eat but I don’t eat pita (wheat) so it wouldn’t be great unless you have crudite. I personally would have been happier with a few skewers, the Greek salad, I do like lamb, etc. But I would not be upset at all if I showed up at your party. I’d happily celebrate. The food sounds delicious. It’s just really designed for people who have different dietary requirements than I do. It sounds like you know your guests and for most guests this would work. |
