How are the college commitments? That’s really all that matters at these ages.

Something is going on in the 2011 AG- they have lost several of their top players in the last 3-12 months

Nothing is going on at MD United, whcih is par for the course. As you have seen above the teams perform poorly. Better than Pipeline however most clubs are better than Pipeline. If you are a good player go play for Bethesda. Teams have a chance, play better and college/national team placement far superior.

MDU just like any other ECNL club - keep paying and they'll blow just enough smoke up your a$$ so you don't leave. Only difference with this particular team is that bonus points are awarded if you go to MCD.

Not sure if any of you noticed, the NA is significantly tougher than MA. I know my daughter's AG the 2013 team is actually really strong despite their record (well they are strong on D get a ton of ties). I have no clue how they are as a club overall in regards to coaching/development, but they put together some talented teams.

The only ECNL team in the area ranked higher than them is FVU, yet MDU U13s are 7th in NA. There are only 2 GA teams in the area ranked higher, one of which they beat in Jeff Cup and the other is a North Mid Atlantic team in MD.

Good teams find ways to win. 5-6-8 is a terrible record with more losses and ties than wins. They aren’t even the top team in MD at their age group and their ranking doesn’t match their results. I will say however say that they are probably one of the better MDU teams overall and that the NA is in fact more competitive than MA.
