Like I’d feel fancier saying I live “in the Kentlands” as opposed to “in Kentlands”.

Like “the Hamptons”. Not just “Hamptons”.

I agree about "the." I personally have houses in the Beverly Hills, the South Beach, and the Tribeca.

Kentlands or ‘the Gaithersburg ‘
What is wrong with Gaithersburg?
DCUM people upset that ‘the Gaithersburg ‘ has a nice house!!!
Is a nice house allowed outside The Potomac or The DC?

Kentlands does not pretend to NOT be in Gaithersburg. The Kentlands is a neighborhood in Gaithersburg and everyone who lives there doesn't care and will not dispute that.

This is hideous. The rooms are tiny, the fixtures are disco era and the home is literally feet from the neighbors.

anybody can "ask" for anything... doesn't mean someone will pay

Are people thinking homes at this price belong only in their neighborhoods?
