What's for dinner tonight?

Tomorrow is toasted coconut rice salad with chicken
Wednesday I think we are going to make some deep dish pizza if I have the time to make dough.

Then we usually just have a smattering of raw veggies on the side.

Thanks! You just gave me an idea on how to use up my King Arthur garlic knot mix! It hasn't been rising nicely for rolls, so I think I'll flatten it all out and put some pizza toppings on top.

Tomorrow we're going out.

Thursday will be leftover veal marsala and pasta from Saturday night.

I have yet to figure out the weekend.

I didn't think anyone ate veal anymore.

I don't think grocery stores would stock it if no one bought it (and they do stock it).

Just noticed that my parsley came back with a vengeance so I'm making roasted chicken thighs and potatoes with a bucket of chimichurri.

Last night was chicken scaloppine with lemon caper sauce and sautéed spinach (Lidia Bastianich recipe).—Super quick and delicious!

Tonight is a choice of leftover spaghetti bolognese (Sunday night leftovers, Marcella Hazan recipe) or last night’s leftovers so that I can get a workout class in before dinner.

I made this recently, too - a hit for my family.

I tried to find some for a specific recipe a few months ago, and struck out at three different stores.
