Promotion and relegation should be implemented starting from U15 and up. That is what the clubs are trying to do now anyway, win right?

Parents can decided whether to stay with a club where they have to pay or a club that is free. If you have a club that is free and they are at the bottom of the table, I would rather pay and stay with a winning team. Right now these "free" academy clubs offer little because they know they have a monopoly and can cherry pick players.

Let the best club (pay or free) win and lure the best players.

You want a youth system 100% percent focused on winning games or coaches and clubs suffer consequences?

Then next you're crying about coaches not putting in time, effort and patience to develop young players and late bloomers smh

Nonsense. What are you talking about? That is the reality. All DMV clubs pick tall players at tryouts starting at U12 because they want to win. SYC does it, BSC does it, Armour does it. The only club that takes the short kids nobody wants is Achilles and once these kids grow, they leave Achilles. Development. What development?

Every single coach likes winning. It's human and sports nature.

Just that some coaches prioritize the kids learning to play right and if it comes with wins (which it does sometimes) they appreciate the W
They are different from coaches completely focused on the W

Everyone with small players say coaches only want megalodon kids

Well said. And all these clubs, SYC, BSC, Armour, Alexandria, have plenty of smaller kids on their teams. Nobody has a full team of 6 foot kids at U14.
