Bad tree pollen season?

It’s the same every year. We have a massive tree outside our bedroom window and live in a neighborhood with a ton of oaks. It’s def allergies. I’m pollen violated.

This is how allergies present in many. This week is especially horrid.

Does anyone else have asthma attacks triggered by pollen?

I was away for kid spring break and came back Thursday. Ugh. Hot hot and the air thick with pollen. I take allergy meds year round bc I’m allergic to dust and mold, but my nose feels coated with pollen.
I do have asthma impacted by seasonal allergies, too. Hoping for a nice non thunderstorm rain to wash things off.
