I love singing and have been dying to do it publicly somehow, maybe in a group situation. I thought about church choir but it is exclusively 70 something’s plus the music is lackluster.
I found a class for singing the exact niche type of music I am obsessed with (samba) but it will require me to drive into the city at rush hour so it will be an almost 3 hour commitment once a week! I want this so bad but I am doubting that I am even a mediocre singer.

What a terrible person you are. Maybe you should add therapy and religion to your “To Do” list.

Do it! I am not the best dancer, but a carving our four regular hours a week for an adult dance group has been one of the best things I've done. I think it makes me a better partner, parent, and person.

Plus, if there's a way to metro rather than drive, I'd choose that even if it took longer and zone out or do something like read a non-work novel or listen to a meditation.

Invest smartly. I just don’t have the will to read all about it

Just pick a major fund family and invest in a time adjusted index fund. There, you’re done

Leave my job and my husband and move to the UK to be with my lover. I would actually do it too if I didn’t have offspring in the US

I justify it by thinking it's too expensive, dh and I cannot both do this, what about kids being back from college, our pets, but I could theoretically do it alone, yet I don't.

The people who are around you are much more important than the geographical location.

Do some of you ever not get tired of being hypersexual. It’s so annoying when some answer like this is given to every innocuous question.
