| OP it wasn't a big deal. Just follow whatever the instructions are and it will be over before you know it. In between prep, drinking broth is a good way to get calories and some protein without sugar. Stick close by bathroom the night before and leading up to it. Get a morning appointment if you can, so you can get back to normal quickly. GL! |

I used Clenpiq and thought it was easy (relatively). You have to drink very little of it, like just a 4 ounce bottle. When DH had his he did the regular prep with the huge jug and he had a much more unpleasant experience. |
| I always switch to the liquid diet 24 hours earlier than the MD says. For me, that made the prep period less uncomfortable. |
