It’s an 8000 sq ft lot in a good school zone. But that tower is a problem. Could be a long term play that spectrum is sold off and it disappears

No upper kitchen cabinets is a sure sign that a house was cheaply flipped.

Open shelving is “trendy” but also makes a small kitchen feel larger and more airy.

Maybe. I live 5 min away and it baffles me how much the houses around that tower sell for. I get the schools and zip and all that but having that loom over the immediate neighborhood… yikes.

They did used to rent this as a Airbnb, and don’t think anyone ever used as a permanent residence - but maybe if you were a bachelor who traveled a lot this might work?
