Which Chase Card

The $300 travel credit is a no brainer, that's basically a free $300 off the fee right there.

Same with the $300 "select hotels credit," assuming you use hotels more than two nights a year just make sure you book through Chase and are using one of those select hotels.

$300 dining credit is also super easy. There's a few surprisingly reasonable places in DC to spend that at (Thip Khao would be my choice.) that's two free date nights a year.

Right there you've made your fee back and then some. The Stubhub credit is a fairly easy one to get some additional value out of. Even if you're not a huge sports or concert person you can easily spend each $150 credit on a single Caps game or big name concert.

The Edit credit is significantly harder to get decent value out of since the vast majority of Edit hotels are laughably overpriced but there are a few in B/C-Tier cities that are decent values.

As noted, we do not travel much, so those travel/hotel credits are worth zero. We don't eat out much, so dining credit is not much value either.

YMMV, but a card benefits/credits and one's spend patterns need to line up for it to be valuable.

What are your spending categories? You've charged 118k on the card. Only 11k is for travel. What are you using the other 107k for?
If you're using it on categories that only give 1x points, that's a complete waste. This card isn't right for you.
The CSR card only makes sense if you're spending on travel and dining.

Switching to the Sapphire Preferred might not be the smartest option for you. It only gives 1x points on purchases that aren't related to travel or dining.

It's not wise to spend 107k on a card and only get 1% back.
If you prefer not to use multiple cards, consider getting a simple cash back card that offers 2% cash back on all purchases and just stick with that.
