Why didn't you explain that you were two women each birthing two children in your original post?

C'mon now. Lesbians like a little pot stirring! Not as much as the gays, but still.

Why would I need to? I said AMA and people made assumptions right off the back.

No. 38. This is our last one. Also I’ve only given birth to one this is my second pregnancy.

You hired surrogates? BS troll.

Yes, there are zero other ways a woman could have a child without birthing it!

Nope.

I’ll bite.

Why do you call the 3 year old a 36-month old.

DP, but this is a dumb question. It's to show that the 18-month-old and the 36-month-old are 18 months apart.

Otherwise a 3-year-old could range from 18 to 29 months older.

That's not an AMA. It's a teaser.

This feels like you are trying to start something- not in a good way. Consider yourself lucky and focus on your kids and your spouse.

Yes we have a full time nanny. I have a wife who carried our oldest and third child. All incredibly planned 9 months apart via RIVF.

Mom of one here (by choice).

Two moms (and help) is the only way I would even consider it!

Sounds insane - but also potentially a lot of fun with the right personalities (not mine!)

Because for this AMA it shows how close in age they are. Usually I say she just turned 3.

We wanted 4 kids close in age. Started when we were 35 so knew we needed to do it fast and didn’t want multiples.

So old to be doing this

Most people would not want kids this close in age. My kids are asleep. I’m pregnant and bored. My wife is doing some work. I thought this would be fun. Going to sleep within the hour.

My first thought too! I only have two teens and I’m always exhausted (the late night chats, sports pickups, and homework help combined with getting up early for work and perimenopause insomnia) and I’m awake worried about something - academic, friend drama, etc.

How are you going to afford child care for 4 kids (or is one person staying at home or is there family)?
