Tylenol with Codeine #1, #2, #3, and #4 were brand name medications of Acetaminophen/Codeine that have since been discontinued. They all contained the same amount of acetaminophen, but had different dosages of codeine. Tylenol #1 contained 7.5 mg of codeine, Tylenol #2 contained 15 mg of codeine, Tylenol #3 contained 30 mg of codeine, and Tylenol #4 contained 60 mg of codeine. While these brand name medications have been discontinued, there are similar generic versions available.

Had 2 patients this past week with that allergy. It didn't even cross my mind that they may be drug seeking or the like.

This thread is helpful because I can no longer take NSAIDS, only a rare Tylenol. Good to know I will have options if anything ever happens.
