What school will be the wolf and what school(s) will be the sheep?

Hint: most of these schools don’t make the decision entirely on their own. Peer schools check in with one another and form a consensus. Closing for Monday is a no-brainer. But as the week goes on and reopening becomes a consideration, the school administrations will be talking to one another before making announcements.

So why were Big 3 schools like STA and NCS so far ahead of lesser institutions in their timing? Checkmate.

I guess these little “wins” become important when you don’t have anything going for you. Enjoy!

Set my alarm early to see who would be leading the charge for Tuesday. Please post exact times of the closing messages in the thread.

Don’t most privates follow their county?

Ours doesn’t (MoCo) and thankfully so, since our school is close in but MoCo has to make decisions based on some really rural places.

I really hope this thread is satire. It's so hard to tell sometimes.

Dumbest thread ever wow.

I’m torn. I don’t want the kids in the house all day again on Tuesday and would love to send them off to school, but the prestige bump of being an early caller for a Tuesday cancellation is enticing.

It’s hard being privileged. Regular people don’t understand the struggle.

Our school already called it all week. And next week- 10 more inches coming this weekend. We'll reopen again for shadow days.
