| Obviously no school tomorrow, so which school will actually be brave and take a stand to be the first to call it. While others wait around willing to copy but not lead. Speaks volumes… |
|
Who cares?
|
Wolf and sheep? Why don’t you start a betting pool with your mom friends with lattes and wine as prizes? |
Volumes? Who cares. I don’t care if my kid’s school calls it at 6 PM tonight or 6 AM tomorrow. This one is a no-brainer. But I have no problem with them having a process, nor am I judging every school on this factor. It’s dumb. |
| Completely agree with the OP. Whichever school calls this first will immediately head to the top of our list. Shows actual leadership and independent thought, which is what we are looking for from a school. |
lol. You have to be kidding. I want my kid’s school to call it based on the snow and ice and transportation facts, not the predictions. |
| Well, it looks like STA and NCS are the (co)-winners. Called it before noon. Correct me if I’m wrong and missed anyone else (don’t give me a random religious school out in the boonies). |
| Need an exact time for STA/NCS |
| GDS texted at 10:32 |
| Can an STA or NCS parent confirm the time and top 10:32? That is pretty impressive from GDS. |
Random religious school out in the boonies? Eww. What a jerk. |
| In a wolf and sheep situation, being the wolf is not a good thing. You want to be the sheep dog. |
| Bullis called it at 10:15 |
| Field called at 10:35 |
|
Wolf/sheep is not the right analogy for this situation.
Anyway, Our Christian K-8 in moco ( not the boonies) has called it. Closed tomorrow. |
