I visit friends in NJ where the deer population has grown significantly. Groups of deer literally roam suburban streets chomping on trees. My friend had her car totaled a couple of years ago after running into one.
Without natural predators, the population has to be controlled by man. |
THAT IS A BARBARIC AND CRUEL SUGGESTION! |
It’s also not true. Nature can take care of itself |
+1. In Long Island, they cull the deer population and donate the venison meat to soup kitchens. Deer chili. It works. |
Ah yeah, the bleeding heart who would rather they die a slow and agonizing death of starvation. |
| If he dies, he dies. |
| Culling deer just gives men a reason to kill something. We keep encroaching on thir habitat, so they have nothing to eat. |
If it bothers you, please move back to a cave in France. |

A buck rammed my car and almost flipped it over. Another instance a deer jumped over my car. It was on a hill beside the sunken road I was driving along
Both were extremely scary situations |
| THIS IS PURE ECO-TERRORISM! |
|
Inattentive drivers ram cars, nock over poles, run into yards.
But deer are ok to cull because they are "lesser" beings? |
| Yes, I'd rather kill the deer than humans be killed by them with the many accidents they cause. This shouldn't be controversial. |
Yeah, that about sums it up. Funny how being higher up the food chain is a win. |
They do that here too. Great program. |
