A men’s antiperspirant & deodorant works great. Apply twice a day or more if needed.

Wash underarms with PanOxyl. Just get white towels because it will ruin colors.

I do that sometimes as an old lady. But then when I'm out and and about, hot young women start coming up to me as if I were in men's deodorant commercial. Very weird.

Check your laundry detergent. My kid was so stinky till we realized that our gentle free and clear detergent wasn’t getting his clothes clean. Switched to an athletic wear detergent and the issues went away. His daily smell wasn’t bad but sweaty clothes that weren’t fully clean were.

Stridex pads in red tub work really well with really stinky arm pits.

Make sure she knows to scrub her pits thoroughly every day. Don’t rewear shirts.

The natural ones just don’t work, especially on “stinkier” people (myself included!) I will never be convinced otherwise - I don’t care how many people claim they use “xyz” and it’s the best!
