protests in Minneapolis

Reddit/Minneapolis is doing a good job posting videos.

But I mostly follow r/minnesota, that's almost entirely focused on ICE now. They've been showing up in small towns far from Mpls as well. There's a small town with a turkey processing plant where a lot of Somali moved to years ago after the turkey guys broke the workers' union and they hit that yesterday.

But the longest coldest cold snap this winter is coming in, we'll see how they handle that.

Did they find any of the "worst of the worst" there?

Yes. Here’s a GenZ protester who narrowly escaped death because the tear gas was fired at close range and there was shrapnel near his carotid artery. He’s blinded in one eye by ICE for lawfully exercising his 1A rights.

Appalling!

horrible

Apparently the frozen water bottles being thrown at ICE agents by protesters is ok, though.

That sounds as made up as fake centers.

Though, when you invade a city and attack innocent people they will eventually find a way to fight back. These ICE “agents” have really benefitted from the fact that Americans are fairly peaceful as a people.

There are plenty of videos online showing the frozen water bottles being used as weapons, try a quick Google search if you don't believe it.

But it sounds like you do believe that assaulting federal law enforcement officers is o.k. if you don't like them (and if you don't believe that ICE is federal law enforcement, try Googling that too). That doesn't sound very peaceful.

“Guys, why won’t the Jews just get on the train? Do they hate Germany?”

Almost all of the protests have been peaceful. This is not even debatable.

Will they remain that way?

I doubt it if ICE continues to operate as a fascist paramilitary force.

What I do believe in is America and freedom. You bootlicking fascists should really go elsewhere if this is your kink.

Lmao…do these hotels realize that this is their end? All of those scumbags are going to check out at some point and then no one is ever going to stay in the hotel again. Pretty short term thinking.

Congress formally introducing articles of impeachment against ICE Barbie.
They accuse the secretary of willfully obstructing congressional oversight by withholding appropriated funds and repeatedly blocking lawmakers from entering DHS facilities. It further alleges a violation of public trust through the use of “warrantless arrests” and the use of “violence against US citizens and lawful individuals”. It also charges Noem with self-dealing for “inappropriately” using taxpayer dollars to fund an ad campaign for ICE recruitment, and awarding the $200m recruitment contract to a firm run by the husband of senior DHS official and chief spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin.

What condition are they leaving the rooms in? Probably damaged.

I’d love to see some of these thugs busted for bringing grinder dates or prostitutes to their room. I bet their charges for watching in-room porn on TV are high.

They probably rent porn and then can't finish because of all the random noise outside.

It's below freezing in Minneapolis, ya dope. Try having some unfrozen water bottles at those temps.
