Same eucerin is like water. I like their face cream but not their skin lotion.

Any generic lotion which says for dry skin is good enough if you add some Vaseline on top of it to lock the moisture in. Also no need to shower every day, if you must then don't do it for too long and don't use really hot water.

Add a humidifier to your room and keep thermostat to a reasonable temperature, not too hot.

Body Shop mango butter or shea butter.

Cocoa butter and shea butter! Not coconut oil - that dries out.

+1 on this one. It's a little greasy, but absorbs quickly and it really is the only thing I've found that keeps my skin hydrated all day.

Why not buy unscented if you don't like the smell?

They only make one scent in this particular formula

They come in a variety of strengths. You have pick a “rich” formulation. It would be hard to say that’s like water.

+1 for the humidifiers also take fairly quick, warm (not hot) showers. Cerave tubs are the only lotions that keep eczema at bay in our family

Palmers Vit E Body oil.

But “extremely” sounds…extreme so maybe consult a dermatologist? If there’s something serious going on you may not be able to fix it with just a lotion.

I have some eczema and psoriasis patches and extremely dry skin. A pharmacist told me years ago to look for moisturizers that had urea in the ingredients. I used Gold Bond Softening for years but they've changed their formulations apparently and have not found it lately.

I bought Palmers Coca Butter and was surprised to discover I would smell like a Hershey bar.
