Urea is the ingredient that works for me, and I like the laroche posay lotion that has it.
But “extremely” sounds…extreme so maybe consult a dermatologist? If there’s something serious going on you may not be able to fix it with just a lotion. |

| I have really dry skin and I fell for th instagram ads for the beauty from bees body serum and it works! My skin is so much better- it is certainly not lush but it is the best thing I have used so far and I have tried lots of things. |

Hydrate from the inside out first. Drink water, herbal infusions, and you can get more hydration from melons, citrus and cucumbers too.
I moisturise only using oils--cold pressed organic sesame with rose geranium or cold press organic olive oil with neroli. |

I like this Eucerin lotion. They have several levels of moisture, but I find this one to spread, absorb the best, and it really keeps my skin hydrated. At night I’ll use this and a layer of Aquaphor on my hands for an extra boost.
