| Male. 12-15 drinks every night I don’t have to work the next day. |
| Never |

In an average week, 0.
I might have a drink at a nice restaurant, a vacation, a quick date night happy hour with DH. I like the taste and trying new drinks, but it doesn’t make me feel great. And I already struggle with my weight in my late 40s and it’s not what I want to spend my calories on. |

Hello, you are an alcoholic. |
| On average I would say about 2-5 a week and most of that is weekends. Some weeks I have none, other weeks I have multiple events or outings (book club would be 1-2). I never have more than 2 drinks at a time. |
This. Probably ends up being 0-2/month. I can't remember the last drink I had - maybe November when I went to a brewery with a friend? |
mostly zero drinks a week or a month; I rarely drink |

54F, 2 or 3 a week.
On vacation, 1-2/day. |
| Most weeks, zero. I'll have a glass of wine once every couple of months, if I go to a happy hour or a wedding or some festive occasion. But that doesn't happen very often. |
This was me almost exactly until October when I started a glp1 and it went down even further. I was going to do dry January out of habit until I realized I’m almost dry anyway. Nice side effect of the meds for sure. |

Take my one festive drink per year and divide that by 52 weeks.
On the other hand, I am a chocoholic. I'm trying to cut back because I have a slightly elevated A1C. |
This is what I aim for as well. woman 50 years old. I realized that the habit of drinking at home alone just for entertainment, stress release or habit was not a good one, so I got rid of all alcohol in the house and only drink when I go out, which is usually once or twice a week. I try to save other uses of alcohol for special occasions like vacation or holidays. |
| 3 martinis is kind of a lot! I can hold my liquor and I would be blasted. That’s like 8-9 ounces of liquor depending on how dry. |

I’m on Zepbound and alcohol makes me sick. |
