Yep! You get it. Only safe asset at the moment. S&P is going to fold like a wet blanket soon. International stocks are flying right now, but honestly I only feel safe in gold.

Where can I sell Morgan silver dollars for maximum value?

I have a bunch of these. Each has 0.77344 ounces of silver, so $85.40 worth of silver with spot price where it is ($110.42/ounce). I called two local coin stores today and was told they still are paying only $60 for circulated condition Morgan dollars and haven't adjusted what they're willing to pay yet due to volatility of silver spot price.

I don't blame the coin stores...silver has shot up $40/ounce in just the last month. They don't want to pay you $85 just to turn around and try to sell it in a month when silver possibly drops $40/ounce.

They need it to settle at these levels to feel comfortable raising their price.

Usually they run short positions to hedge the price fluctuation of current inventory.
