true - i include all colleges in MD. They are in MD, same state.

The UMBC 4yr graduation rate in the College of Eng & IT appears to be roughly 85%, which is much higher than ABET's national estimate which is closer to 67%. Also higher than VT's roughly 75%.

They don't report it directly, so I took 2025 degrees awarded / 2021 freshmen.
