They honestly don’t need to leave Evangelical churches for non birth control.

Most Catholics in the U.S. use contraceptives.

There are far more evangelicals than traditional Catholics. They just dramatically narrowed their pool of women with the same views.

I think these men are trolling you or you’re trying to troll DCUM.

Most Catholics in the U.S. may use contraceptives, but they are sinning when they do it.

Churches can say whatever they want but that’s not the biblical definition of sin. Nor does the Bible condemn contraception.

Nor does the Bible explicitly prohibit female clergy.

Unlike contraception, 1 Corinthians 14:33-35 and 1 Timothy 2:11-12 make this a hotly debated topic. Not sure why this is your example, this is a terrible and very different example. Are you familiar with the Bible?

Are YOU familiar with the Bible? And what difference does it make? There's no good reason to base your life on an ancient book

.

In 1976, the Pontifical Biblical Commission concluded there was no definitive biblical reason to prohibit the ordination of women to the priesthood.

Neither of these selections from the Bible expressly prohibit women's ordination.

Or cherry pick examples that do not explicitly prohibit women's ordination. Claiming that these two selections are even about women's ordination is ridiculous. It's more like grappling at straws.

Interesting article with lots of photos. Apparently the rich liturgy and rigid standards are especially appealing to young men. There's a bit of a dark side of racism and antisemitism though.

Probably all the wokeisms and gay stuff in modern American protestanism is driving them away, and rightfully so. It's detestable and disgusting.

Orthodox Christianity is the OG Christianity. It is not racist, it is only rigid in a way that it keeps the old liturgy and old Easter date(after Passover) and does not put up with new BS. Priests can marry and should be married to understand their parishioners.

A man is a man and a woman is a woman, and both can work and do as they like. It is more about following the old rules, rather than this weak Catholic and Protestant Lent, service, etc. Hell is also a state of being, not an actual place. You also cannot buy "forgiveness" via confession.

When I observe Lent, there are no animal products for over 6 weeks, none at all, not on Friday, or no to just wine, or no just chocolates. Well, writing this, I see it is not for the weak-minded; hence, it is very traditional.

I am a proud Orthodox Christian, and even those young Jehovah's Witnesses leave my door thinking they need to rethink their faith.'

Converting me...lol, they can't cope with Orthodox Christianity whatsoever.

You mean trying to be inclusive and not judgemental is detestable and disgusting

You might want to go back and study what Jesus tried to teach.

And you're such the OG Bruh! I bet you raw dog flights too. I'm sure all Jehovah witnesses, Mormons, and Hari Krishnas fear being assigned to reach out to you. You are the epitome of a manly Christian. All others should bow to your manly godliness.

😅😂🤣😅😂🤣😅😂🤣

What is the Orthodox belief about hell being a state of being rather than an actual place? Is it a state of being after death or does death have nothing to do with it? I'm genuinely curious. Thanks.
