I like this idea of wrapping food ingredients!

My teens/tweens are very into socks. Cozy slipper socks or just silly patterns. They often get them in their stockings and it would be easy to find matching or a theme t do for everyone (could get ones that go with past years pajamas.)

Does everyone have their own Santa hat or some such? We have some that look like the Grinch, some with sequins, etc.

What about a fun game? Special food-related treat?

We did similar but different cozy throw blankets. Watch movies in last year's pajamas, cuddled up in the living room with snacks.

LL Bean slippers for the whole family!

Switch to holiday t-shirt (long sleeve) or sweatshirt that can be worn during the day and together or alone. Or matching fuzzy socks.

Cozy socks, holiday fleece throws (we did this last year for kids/cousins - everyone got one that suited their personality or favorite colors), sherpa fleece pullovers (Uniqlo makes popular ones).

I love the mug and cookie ideas, too
