If Trump had been convicted in his second impeachment (something that would have happened had McConnell been so inclined) it would have been followed by a vote (requiring only 50) to disqualify him from future office.

Another senior moment out of our so called "leaders". It isn't just Trump and Biden embarrassing the country with their unfitness to hold high level positions. There are at least a dozen in Congress who are too far past their prime to be trusted as fit for the job 24/7.
