How is HAMAS defined?

Does it apply to “card holding” members? Or does the term apply more broadly like how the West applies the Communist label to everyone living in Eastern Bloc countries even if they opposed communism or were not a party member.

Israel is responsible for creating the largest population of child amputees. And very terrible things happen to Palestinian children that are illegally detained and held without trial.

No Hamas has a right to defend itself. Israel has said they will kill all Hamas no matter what.

Terrorist groups have no rights. They will disarm voluntarily or they will be disarmed involuntarily. Nobody except you thinks letting them retain any capacity for violence is a good idea after everything they precipitated and dragged out. It's like that among Arab nations only Iran would support Hamas' continued capacity for terror.

of course not. They won, they keep their capacity to win again as needed. Sadly, history suggests Israel will need that capacity again, since other terror groups still exist in the region, as does Iran.
