Money has diminishing returns after a certain point, especially when he’s trying to date top-tier women who also have their own money- still have to be attractive, confident, interesting, good manners, nice if you’re going for the top 1%.

Physical features:
Nice butt
Nice upper body (arms, back, shoulders … looks good in a tight tee)
Height/weight proportional/normal BMI or just into “overweight” without being obese
Good grooming and hygiene - teeth brushing, deodorant, showering (you’d be surprised how many guys fail at just the basics), decent hair cuts, no overgrown beards/facial hair
Height between about 5’9” and 6 feet or so, not into super tall guys

Personality features:
Hard working in all aspects of life - career but also around the home and active in parenting and raising kids
Loyalty
Has his own hobbies, interests, and friends
Good sense of humor
No criminal record, no illegal drug use, no smoking or vaping, social drinking only

kind eyes and a nice smile, but the physical stuff may fade (and will, on a long enough timeline). Character is a much better metric for attraction. Being attracted to who someone is, not (just) what they look like, makes for a more solid foundation for any sort of relationship.

Why do posters do this? Is it so hard to answer a question and not be preachy? Insufferable.

Do what? answer the question? Then you come in and call answering the question "insufferable"? Why do posters do that?

Troll, and a low-grade one, at that.

You didn't answer the question. You decided to give a lecture.
A calling everyone who doesn't kiss your arse a troll is idiotic.

Wow. You are really agitated about an anon's post. I'm sorry your life is so shite.

Smart and funny is my type, plus confident and extroverted. I need to watch for red flags for overly charismatic people, because I've learned the hard way that I haven't selected for integrity and honesty in the past.

Physically, I'm bisexual, and I like larger-framed, tall, outdoorsy men, strong but not gym rats. For women, I love a curvy brunette, especially one who does a lot of yoga.

Aren't women the ones who should have a nice butt lol. I swear I'm tired of these cardboard looking butts on women lately. I guess some are taking these weight loss drugs and their butt are just gone as a result.

Bring back the butt on women!

lol “top” tier women are not with wealthy men. Wealthy men do not want to be with a woman who is worried about taking vacation when he wants to go to Seychelles.

Not overly muscular (men). No facial hair. Good smile.

Does not refer to any human as top tier (or bottom tier, or any tier) or comment if people are “quality”.

Fingers. I love a man with nice hands and it's not just good hand and nail hygiene it's a length and thickness thing

Also like a nice bum.

Lately I've become partial to longer hair and a nice beard.

Overall I just want someone kind and funny.

I like a woman who's: slim, b- or c- cups, nice skin, cute face, 5'4"+, smart, a little athletic, laughs easily, motivated, ambitious, and comes from a solid family.

Top tier women do not have money on their own unless it is an inheritance.

While at some level of wealth I guess that’s true (any real difference between Bezos and Musk?) at any normal levels there are big differences. A man with a net worth of a couple million won’t be able to provide a life anything like one with $100 million for example.
