I’ve been buying ankle boots from Ecco for years, they usually have decent looking waterproof options. For the fashion conscious, their ankle boots are not the very low cut ones that you used to wear with skinny jeans, they are more like Chelsea boots height. I usually find them on sale on Amazon.
