Side effects from Statin?

Anonymous
Do those of you who suggest only-lifestyle-improvements not remember the 1980s and early 1990s when it wasn't unusual for healthy, sporty middle-aged people in their 40s and early 50s to drop dead from heart attacks?

I knew one guy in his who literally died on a treadmill during the daily workout he'd been doing for decades.

I am on 10 mg/day of a statin and feel… not one thing. No side effects to speak of. I know I could probably lower my cholesterol with diet and exercise but realistically that’s not gonna happen, so statins it is!
