Midterms are going to be fine, with the possible exception of any Senate upsets in places like Texas or North Carolina. If those go D then I would expect the GOP to go ballistic and do whatever they can to invalidate Democratic wins.

2028 Presidential is a crapshoot, IMO. If Dems take House and Senate I expect voter suppression measures to kick into overdrive in red states.

I think there is a high likelihood Republicans will object to the electoral college votes of certain states in order to prevent the election of a Democratic President. I also think red states may overrule the will of their voters and have their electors cast votes for the Republican candidate.

I also know that a lot of people call the above insane or think I am hysterical. I hope both turn out to be true.
