We get there, get to a place on the beach and strip down. Even though there weren’t many people around, between who was around and DW, I needed a cold drink right away. Kept it in my lap the entire time.

Yes, I meant Ocho Rios. Yes only the one section was clothes optional but the butler/concierge encouraged all to go get a drink there at Sunset. Big Mistake. HUGE.

There are 2 Couples resorts in Ocho (not Ochoa) Rios. Couples Sans Souci is the one I am referring to. The nude area is located at the far west end of the resort, called Sunset Beach.

NOTHING is worse than paying money out the ass to stay at a resort, but having your cocktail and rest by the pool constantly interrupted by some other person's out of control crotch goblin they let run around unsupervised. Or having your dinner at the resort ruined by kids screaming their heads off nonstop or running around all over the restaurant and in between tables.

AO resorts mean just that - NO KIDS. That's it. We go out of our way to stay at AO resorts because we don't want our lounging by the pool to be ruined by some hell spawn.

I cannot imagine anyone talking about any other class of humans as comfortably as people discuss children.

To be crystal clear, there is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to take a vacation without children. Just like there is nothing wrong with wanting to take a ski free vacation or an elderly free vacation or a whatever specific type of vacation. Why on earth can people not execute these vacations without dehumanizing other human beings and their wants and desires and existences.

And before you get all accusey suzy on me, my kids are well behaved in public. But the entitlement of the childfree people IME frequently equals or exceeds the amount of entitlement they believe families have.
