| I’ve heard this said about cruise ships but the resorts, are those the same? |
| Sometimes. But often it is just a place for people who don't want to have their vacation constantly interrupted by the noise of other peoples' crotch-goblins. |
| Some of them are, but not all. Sandals isn't for swingers, for instance. |
This! |
+1 Or it has a top less beach option/close proximity |
| Yes. |
|
Not usually. Those are called “lifestyle resorts”.
Adults only just means there are no screaming kids around. I much prefer adults only but have never been to a lifestyle type resort. |
No. |
| No. Not at all. |

My friends got married at a very nice “adults only” resort in Mexico. The resort gave them a $1K voucher as a wedding gift for future use.
Well, they go to use the voucher on their 2nd anniversary and they come to find out that the resort was sold and had switched from “adults only” to a “swingers resort.” The resort was willing to honor the voucher, but my friends couldn’t go there know that people were having public sex in the areas where they got married. |
They missed an opportunity. They should have gone and treated it like a trip to the zoo. |
Eww..and have their nice memories replaced by trashy ones? |
No. We are seniors and just wanted a quieter place. They actually had a special seniors pool. There was a crazier area for younger people, but it was easy to ignore the partiers. We didn't see any naked bodies or swingers. |
| Viking Cruises are for swingers? |
Pineapples on the doors is a thing |
