I went from calling my doctor to having an insurance covered machine in 3 weeks.

Now….its possible you don’t have apnea, but that’s the most likely problem.

Did you ever have to go into the office to be fitted for the machine or anything?

No. You do have to select a mask (nose pillow vs whole mouth vs others). I knew I wanted nose pillows.

Dental appliance so much better than CPAP. Highly recommend

My husband snore like a log. We have a fairly high end white noise machine that is supposed to be good for the brain and has adjustable settings. (He did the research, so that’s what he told me.) There are some nights where have to crack the volume up to “jet engine” in order for me to get good sleep.

There isn't any OTC remedy that will help. CPAP or other prescribed remedy might.

In the meantime, separate bedrooms is totally fine. Start out in the same bed, make time for nookie, move to the guest room before you fall asleep, set an alarm that leaves time for morning snuggles.

My DH and I (22 years married) have been in separate bedrooms for our entire marriage. We have three kids and are still very intimate.

Just force yourself to become a side sleeper instead of a back sleeper. problem solved.
