My son has a husband pillow and loves it. If it's been stained, I guess he washed it, because it looks fine. :O |
My son has 1 regular pillow and a husband pillow. He’d never had one before and loves that thing. |
It's so cute that you think that. |
just multiple regular pillows .. at least three.
nothing fancy or overly thought out |
Trump pillow. It's huuuuge |
When this child is living with you when he's 30 and you are still managing his pillows, you should know this is why.
Good lord. |
Get a pillow from the My Pillow guy. |
I wonder who’s behind all the inane threads. How does someone spend more than one minute of time on this? RIP Mother Jennifer Perfect picker of pillows. |
I mean even if there aren't ... recreational activities ... don't most people use the bed as a couch? In college we had a bed and a desk chair, and that was it. So we needed the bed to be comfy for a lot of things. |
Can we please not turn this page into Dorm Room Mamas? Can 18 year old kids really not figure out pillows? My goodness, I hope this is a troll (but fear it isn’t). |
Alas, it's true. I'll probably never be a grandma. |
Not always. mInd didn't. The rooms are so small that if they wanted to hang out they went to the common rooms on the floor. Also many dorms are suites now so they have living rooms. Anyway, Pottery Barn has a simple wedge pillow that would work well if you have a kid who wants to use the bed as a place to sit or to read in bed. |
just scroll on by if you're not interested! |
OP asked us to ask our sons about dorm pillows. Most boys would think their mothers were insane to broach this with them. The best advice for an incoming freshman parent is to drop the rope, which is pp’s advice in response to the OP. There is nothing to learn here, except that. it. does. not. matter. Pick a pillow and cross it off your list. If your DS has pillow envy after being dropped off, cross that bridge when you get there. |
