| If you believe everything you are reading on here then that is far more concerning. For independent schools GCS is super diverse, racially, but not economically. Raising sports profile, strong STEMm Theatre, and pre-Business programs and college counseling office are some of the best in the DMV. Teachers are overwhelmingly white but this is just a reality of schools not a MD Indepeendent issue. |

| Glenelg Country School is a wonderful community. Extremely diverse, especially in the middle and upper school, with strong athletics, theater and STEM programs. The innovation and tech lab is impressive. Very welcoming and inclusive, and the students are supported by the faculty and staff. |
