I am beginning to doubt exalted position of Yale and Princeton. Both QS , this one , Times etc ranking just show it… It perhaps was true once upon a time but in a dynamic world things change….. Fogies take time to realize that.

Yale(90%) is pretty low on retention rate. Princeton(93%) is also relatively low as well as Harvard.
Students realized it's not what they expected and imagined.
Northeastern(97%) is at the top among many other top schools.

I think retention should be part of selectivity. If students get disappointed and leave, then selectivity should be reduced.
