OP here. My mistake, but I thought that it would be seen as harmless; after all, what's the value of a few zeros--zero, right ? So no harm, no foul.

This list is weird - UCSF is usually second on these lists.

More than half of JHU's money is to the Applied Physics Laboratory specifically, although the med school also gets a significant chunk.

For overall R&D expenditures, you are correct; however, this list is focused on schools subject to DEI & student protest concerns of the current administration. Trying to show the colleges & universities under scrutiny/investigation which can be affected the most by cessation of federal funding grants & contracts.
