President Trump is correcting the cowardly policies of the Biden administration. Appeasing Iran does not work. Iran has been at war with the United States for 46 years now; it's about time that we responded in a meaningful fashion before the regime in Iran develops nuclear weapons.

Unfortunately, President Trump has put the brakes on Isreal at a time when regime change could be effected. This will almost certainly lead to a "night of long knives" in Iran during which Iranian opponents of the Supreme Leader will be murdered or jailed and tortured.

It was just approached differently.

There are multiple ways to leverage our global power to effect the change we want. Military, diplomacy, and aid. You may not agree that diplomacy and aid work, but they do. And those are the preferred Democratic party's strategies. You may think military strength is preferable. Sometimes it's the best way. But it comes at huge costs.

The truth is Trump obliterated aid and he sucks at diplomacy. The only thing left was military force.
