Except he isn't. ICE is still ICEing and there is still a US Marine corps unit on the streets of Los Angeles and people who have been kidnapped have not been released.

ICE enforcing federal law, resisted by Democrats. Governor and Mayor refuse to have police stop the interference. So Trump has sent in National Guard and Marines to do so.

Yes this may be true. But the perception is that he’s strong to a lot of Americans. And he won the election and continues to make horrible policy decisions impacting millions. He’s weak but he has power and it’s not going away anytime soon.

These people always trying to score points and dunk on the other team - when “their team” doesn’t even care about them in the first place are why too many Americans don’t vote. Politics in this country is so lame.

Most Democrats think he should be focused on deporting criminal illegals, those who are dangerous or a threat, like gang members, those who are here but have never worked and are a drain on the system--not hard-working immigrants who are working at Home Depot, construction sites, farms, etc.

Most AMERICANS think this, not just Democrats. Check any of the immigration polling over the past few months.

that is not what we are seeing at all. Theyare re targeting the law-abiding, rule-following people at work, school, and attending their legal hearings! They are in not making any attempt whatsoever to look for criminals.

It's apparently too hard for ICE to figure that out because by their own statistics for FY 25 only 2.5% of the people they have raided, arrested, detained, deported, sent off to black sites have any kind of prior arrest or conviction. 97.5 of them have no prior criminal history whatsoever.

It's interesting that a body of Supreme Court and Circuit court rulings is emerging that District court judges are beginning to notice. Virtually every District court judge wants to be on the Circuit court, but if they're reversed too often, particularly on basic Constitutional grounds, that will never happen.

President Trump is using all of his Constitutional authority to enact his agenda. He is actually succeeding because he's finding legal workarounds.
