Mr. Padilla was told repeatedly to back away and did not comply with officers’ repeated commands. The Secret Service thought he was an attacker and officers acted appropriately.

The Secret Service were unprofessional. The video, both short and long, do not support any of their behavior.

Noen is not a god, nor was she in danger inside the building. They roughed up a senator.
