This is not true. One doesn’t “grow new fat cells.”

Thanks. I will do so, but have been wanting to hear directly from folks in that bracket who've done it.

Guess I got lucky - but I got it post-menopause. Have actually lost about 5 pounds since I got it two years ago. It was a miserable recovery, though.
