I’m another Outlander fan (show and the books) who would love to visit Scotland as well.

Stephen King books always make me want to go to Maine, which is weird because obviously a lot of bad stuff happens in his books but I have been there before and I love the feel of those New England towns

Monterey - Big Little Lies

I live on the water now and I love it but I'm on the east coast and I'm not on the ocean so we don't get waves like they do there

You can get that feel in some remote Maryland towns too. Cumberland comes to mind.

Macau China after reading Escher Man by TR Napper: https://www.grimdarkmagazine.com/review-the-escher-man-by-t-r-napper/

Never been to Vegas either but Macau seems like this glittering, tremendous, dark and neon place. OK maybe the book is enough for me!

Another vote for PEI for the same reason.

Port Isaac in Cornwall (where Doc Martin was filmed.) I've been to Cornwall and it was beautiful and I want to go back more generally, but I'd love to visit the town specifically.
