It is meaningless...very low bar. I remember a year when there was a mcps school where every kid met the criteria. Makes parents happy though! 😄 |

The Board of Ed committee on special populations (Montoya, Stewart, and Rivera-Oven) is the one that oversees gifted students/education. You can bring it up with them.
