That’s what happens when you starve an agency of budget, fire 20 pct of staff and demoralize the rest of them.

And soon we will have an economic crisis because the bond markets have finally come around to realize that our national debt is unsustainable and less revenue is coming in the future.

Our national debt was hefty but not unsustainable when we were a country with a reliable economic infrastructure and good growth.
